Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has multiple creases, including one running parallel to the spine. There is a tear on the top part of that crease so care must be exercised while reading unless it is taped. Other condition notes include heavy edge wear, a chip in the lower right corner, and shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front sans the tear. In addition to the creases and edge wear, there is discoloration with age and shelf wear. The spine, though, has no vertical creases but has some horizontal wrinkles/creases with moderate edge wear. The former owner's name is on the inside front cover in pen and first page in pencil. Interior pages have discolored with age.
