Original 1893 10 1/4 inch x 7 1/4 inch Engraving titled THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDINGS OF THE WORLD’S FAIR, CHICAGO.
From a painting by Herbert Edward Butler (1861 - 1931). A landscape & figure painter and an illustrator, and a member and exhibitor at the Ipswich Fine Art Club 1883. In 1892 he married Sophia Rowett Pond at Liskeard in Cornwall and in 1893 went to Chicago, where their eldest daughter, Alice was born in 1894.
