Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1937 Tim Whelan Drama ACTION FOR SLANDER, based on the novel by Mary Borden and starring Clive Brook, Ann Todd, Margaretta Scott, Arthur Margetson, Ronald Squire, Athole Stewart, Percy Marmont, Frank Cellier, Anthony Holles, Kate Cutler, Enid Stamp-Taylor, Morton Selten, Francis L. Sullivan, Felix Aylmer, Lawrence Hanray, Gus McNaughton, Googie Withers, Albert Whelan, Allan Jeayes, Pauline de Chalus, Edward Lexy and Miles Malleson.

A bankrupt officer, accused of cheating at cards, defends his honour with a writ.

The advert is in very good condition. There is a half inch tear in the left edge. There is slight soiling in the bottom border.
