Original British 11 inch x 14 inch Lobby Card of JOHN MILLS & JAMES ROBERTSON JUSTICE in the 1955 Ralph Thomas War Film ABOVE US THE WAVES, based on the book by Charles E.T. Warren M.B.E..
In World War II, the German battleship Tirpitz is a constant menace to Allied shipping, always lurking in the Norwegian fjord. Commander Frazer (Mills) persuades his superiors that the answer lies with midget submarines. A first attempt is foiled by a storm; a second results in the planting of bombs, but the capture of two of the submarines and their crews; while the third is blown up with the Tirpitz.
The lobby card is in very good condition with a short edge nick and surface marks.
