Overall condition is Acceptable and on the lower end of it. This has been taken into consideration in pricing. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a missing lower right corner, edge chipping, a crease running parallel to the spine, a missing piece near the spine, and average shelf wear. The back cover has heavy edge wear, dog ear creasing in the upper and lower left corners, a crease running parallel to the spine, edge chipping (notably in the corners), and above average shelf wear. The spine has a single vertical crease that split the book at page 72. Three pages were loose (and have tearing) along with the first page. This issue was repaired using binding glue and a strip of clear binding tape was used to maintain the integrity. The spine also has two missing pieces (chips) and heavy edge wear. Clear tape is used on the inside back cover to strengthen the sharp dog ear creasing in the corners. Interior pages have some discoloration with age.
