Original German 23 inch x 33 inch Poster for the 1936 E. W. Emo Comedy A HOAX (SCHABERNACK) starring Trude Marlen, Paul Horbiger, Hans Moser, Heinz Salfner, Max Gulstorff, Hans Richter and Paul Henckels.
When a sanitarium is burned down, its rich patients are transferred to a nearby hotel, saving that struggling business from foreclosure.
Poster art by Kurt Geffers (1908 - 1967). A German commercial artist, in particular, he designed film posters for German and international distributors.
The poster is in very good folded condition with small separation at the ends of most of the folds, with tiny paper loss in two areas of the right blank border and the top crossfold.
