Overall condition is acceptable. The entirety of the exterior of the book is encased in transparent tape, typically used by libraries to both protect the covers and extend the shelf life. More or less, this is what has happened though it appears the tape was applied after the front cover (at least) suffered some scuffing to the raised lettering of the book title. The back cover has an obvious crease and what looks like a tear which the tape has prevented further damage. The white sticker has since been removed. The spine has no vertical creasing but does have a single small wrinkle. Interior pages have discolored with age and on the book edges (paper side), is the former owner's last name which is repeated on the first page in red marker.
