Overall condition is acceptable. Up front, the book had, at one point, been soaked in water and so much of the book has all the hallmarks of having been dried out, to include the warping of the paper (without a book press, pages will not return flat once dried out). The staining of the pages (mainly on the edges) is obvious on about half the book but since paper is like a wick, the liquid was absorbed to the remainder of the book and some staining can be seen along the spine where it seeped. Whomever dried out the book appears to have done so immediately as molding is not present but in fairness, there are a few spots on the inside of the back cover and page or three which could be mold but I attempted to scrape (mold is relatively loose) a spot and nothing came away so they could just been soil stains. At any rate, I wouldn't offer the book if it wasn't still in readable condition and after fees, I'll take a loss on it but discarding a book still able to entertain and inform makes the loss acceptable.
