Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has heavy edge wear, a crease running parallel to the spine, creasing in the upper and lower right portions of the cover, some abrasions, obvious shelf wear, a 5mm tear in the upper left corner, and some soiling. The back cover is pretty much in the same condition as the front except there is no tears on the back cover. The spine has no vertical creases but has some wrinkling, staining, and heavy shelf wear. The interior pages, including the insides of the covers, have discolored with age. The former owner's name is written in red pen on the inside front cover.
