Overall condition is acceptable. This is the 1973 first printing by Laurel Leaf Books (a subsidiary of Dell Books) which ties into the film adaptation of the book which came out in 1973. The film, sometimes called "The Hideaways" in some video releases, starred Ingrid Bergman among others. This book is a former library book and so I won't go into the full details of the flaws. The scans of the front and back covers show a good bit of the creasing, wear, etc. The spine has a single vertical crease, heavy edge wear on the top and bottom, and some sun fading. There is a strip of clear tape along the spine to reinforce it. There is a library checkout card pocket on the inside back cover and writing on the first and third pages. There is also some moisture staining on the bottom of the book though no evidence of molding. Interior pages have discolored with age.
