"A PAINTED HOUSE" by John Grisham is a NEW limited 1st Edition that has been signed and numbered by the author, on a bound page inside of the book. It was not opened as that is your right however I did photograph the book which is in my personal collection (it is the same book). This edition is #272 of 350 copies. It is cloth bound (no dust jacket) and is placed inside of a slipcase. It has some slight fading to the outside of the slipcase but not to the book. I can only think it is because of the green color of the cloth.
