Overall condition is acceptable and on the low end at that. The front cover has staining, some soiling, discoloration, heavy edge wear, a crease running parallel to the spine, corner rounding, creasing in the upper and lower right corners, indents, and above average shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front save the corner creasing is in the left upper and lower corners. The spine has very heavy top and bottom edge wear with chipping along with a single vertical crease. Interior pages have discolored with age, have some staining and foxing, and more than a few dog eared corners. The former owner used a stamp and pen for their name on the inside front cover and a second owner (apparently the sister) wrote her name on the outside edge in pen.
