This hardcover book with dust jacket is in VERY GOOD condition with smooth covers, tight binding.  All books gently read by non-smoker.  There appears to be a place on the inside cover where some sort of sticker was removed and scuffed the surface. 

There is no SMRP.  The size of the book is 6 ½ inches by 8 1/4 inches by over an 1 inch.
