There is no dust jacket with this book, don't think was issued for this book.  The covers are slick.

There is no damage to this book, no torn or missing pages, no notations, no writing, no dog-eared corners, no turned corners.  The corner do show wear and you may be able to see in the pictures. A very good book that has been stored for over 20 years or more.

Book comes from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.  Even with being stored for so long, there is no smell or odor to this book.
