1 package of 8. They are no metal, in black & brown as pictured. 4 velvet, & 4 everyday favorite elastics.

The velvet material helps the band to have a secure hold to stay in place. It is definitely nice & soft.

The packaging is from 2012. As always, packaging & items may show shelf wear. These elastics sometimes age. Please keep this in mind. You can see that sometimes the velvet material is already compressed in spots on some of them.
