Through our Project Library program, the Morin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, supports literacy and life-long learning for children and adults by creating libraries and filling their shelves. 

Our mission is building and strengthening libraries that cater to underserved readers. 

We raise funds for our organization through our online sales.

We do not accept Offers.  We do not respond to offers made.  The price is what it is.  We’d love it if you would pay more, because we need a bookmobile, but we won’t take less.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Every item has calculated shipping. Please choose your preferred method.

Shipping includes USPS tracking where available.

All shipments are subject to US Postal Service regulations.

When we ship the item, you will receive a message with shipping information and USPS Tracking Number (where applicable.)

Please visit www.usps.com to check the tracking of your package for shipments within the United States.  End to end tracking is not available for most shipments outside the United States.

GIFTS:

Please let us know if you’re sending a gift, because we will be including a receipt with the price of the item.  You may not want us to include the receipt.  We’re happy to include our gift card (at no cost) or your note or message (also at no cost.)  We will not send anonymous gifts. 

PAYMENT:

Payment must be made in US funds and by PayPal.

CONTACTING YOU AFTER YOUR PURCHASE:

Occasionally, we have questions after your purchase.  Sometimes we need to confirm a shipping address.  If we have questions, we will contact you through ebid’s messaging system. Please check your ebid Messages and your email or shipment of your item may be delayed.  It is possible that your purchase may be cancelled if we don’t hear back from you.

BUYERS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES - PLEASE NOTE:

Receipt of your item may be delayed if it has to go through custom inspection in your country.  Occasionally, this adds days or weeks to delivery.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

During peak shipping times, it may take weeks to have your item clear customs.  We’ve had some items arrive in Europe in a week, but a package to South America once took six weeks to arrive!  Again, you’ll have to check with the customs office in your country if your item hasn’t been received.

Restrictions in your country may not allow us to ship certain items. 

Many countries do not allow shipments of coins or precious metals, for example.  Some media, including computer software, music CDs or DVDs may be restricted for sale outside the United States.

VHS and DVDs are formatted differently for different countries.

If you are purchasing a VHS videotape, please note the format your machine requires before you make your purchase.  Most of our tapes are NTSC format (it is specified in the listing what the format is) which will not work in most video players in Europe and Australia.  We routinely contact anyone overseas who purchases a VHS video to ask them to check if their machine can play an NTSC tape before we ship. 

Many DVDs also have a specific format by country.  If you are purchasing a DVD, please make sure the DVD is a format that will play in your machine.

NO RETURN, NO CANCELLATION POLICY:

We no longer accept returns or cancellations due a history of fraudulent claims.
 

OUR TEXT, IMAGES AND OUR COPYRIGHT:

Our photographs and text, including titles and subtitles, are copyrighted and may not be used, copied or redistributed.  Quotes are for illustrative purposes only and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Civil and criminal penalties apply to the theft of copyrighted material.

If you see our photographs or text elsewhere on eBid or online, please let us know. 

We’ve found our “stolen” photographs and text on other e-commerce websites many times.  In order to help reduce fraud and image theft, you’ll notice that most of our photographs have our logo or other label appearing on each image which obscures a small part of the item. 

It is possible that anyone who uses stolen images or text may not even have the item they are trying to sell and that their intention is to defraud you.  We don’t want anyone to use our images or text to try and sell you something they don’t have. 

Please be savvy and safe while shopping online.  Your local public library should be able to help you find great resources to protect yourself and your family while shopping online.
