New, in original box, wood frame for needle arts.  Item is not assembled and only a Phillips head screw driver is needed.  It combines a 9" x 24" split rail scroll frame with a stand for hands free needlework.  Frame tilts up, down and rotates a full 360 degrees.  Easy to turn knobs adjusts height from 16" to 45" and folds down to 16" for storage.
