If there is an issue, contact us within 5 days upon receipt of your purchase. Write down or take a photo of any visible damage and let us know what the issue is. All items containing any sort of glass or breakable item will have insurance on the item.  Please send us photos of the damage, the shipping label.  Please DO NOT throw any of the packaging or the item away until we have responded that the shipping company has accepted the refund. We will then send a replacement or a refund. Returns: We do accept returns.  All returns MUST be in the original package and in resalable condition. This includes ALL original packaging, mounting hardware ( if applicable) and instructions. Refunds will be given after the product is received and inspected by our receiving department.
