This Pretty Ring features a Marquise Cut 8X3.7mm Lab Ruby, set
very securely with 3 end prongs on each point. The Ruby sits in the 
center of a offset channel of 6 Natural Baguette Diamonds, 3 on each
side. On the outer offset there are 7 more Natural Round Diamonds,
prong set, 14 in all. The ring measures aprox 5/8" in width at the center,
and weighs aprox 3.246 grams of Solid (Stamped 10Kt & manufacture
logo) 10Kt Yellow Gold. This Lab Ruby & Natural Diamond ring has a
