511 Impregnator is the original penetrating sealer designed for the protection of all medium to dense porous surfaces. 511 Impregnator forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains while allowing vapor to escape. 511 Impregnator is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. How to Use:

Always protect neighboring surfaces including wood, carpet, metal, landscaping and other non-masonry surfaces.

Clean surface to be treated with the appropriate Miracle Sealants cleaning product. Apply sealer using Miracle Applicator or clean white towel. Apply only enough to wet the surface. Do not over apply. Allow 511 Impregnator to stand for 3-5 minute to assure maximum penetrating, excess sealer must be removed before it dries. Residue can be removed by re applying sealer to reactivate residue, then buffing it off before it dries. Finished area can be used for normal foot traffic in 2 - 5 hours.

A second application may be necessary for some surfaces. For optimum result, finished area must be kept dry and free from staining materials for 72 hours.
