Packaging from 1998! may show shelf wear. Exposed parts may show scuffs.
I have been told that some of these have snapped, so please consider the age affecting the quality, & also consider handling them more gently due to this possible issue. I find if I "exercise" them before trying to stretch them, they don't snap.
