this is a new sealed japan country iron/sew patch.........made by daiso...cool embroidery emblem.........approx 2.75" tall x 2.4" wide...........comes with application instructions...........there are a few tiny specs of something under the plastic cover near the top front and back......got in thru the middle hole.........tiny granules from storing it somewhere....not affecting the quality of the patch....
