Other parcels I’ve recently ordered elsewhere have arrived within the usual 2-3 days so I suspect this one has gone astray in the postal system. How would you like to proceed? Do you have a replacement you would be able to send me please? Or are you able to track the one that has gone missing to find out where it is? Very many thanks, sorry for this inconvenience! (Sent 24th October): Hi Mark… back again…. It’s been 10 days since you offered to send a replacement and I have still not received my item. I’m not sure what’s going on, can I just check you have the right address? The postcode ends in 8NT. I’ve checked my PayPal account and it definitely has the correct address entered as the shipping address next to the payment to you, but just trying to double check everything as yours is the only Royal Mail parcel not to arrive recently. Unless you haven’t managed to dispatch the replacement yet? Regards, Lisa
