Maojian tea, as the name suggests, refers to tea leaves with white fuzz on the tip of the tea leaves.

The following is the correct brewing method:

Tea set selection:
It is recommended to use a glass cup or white porcelain covered bowl with a capacity of 200-250 milliliters for easy observation of tea leaves spreading and changes in soup color.  ‌

Tea dosage:
Glass steeping method: Add 3-5 grams of tea leaves (approximately one-third of the container volume) and fill with water until 70% full.  ‌

White porcelain covered bowl brewing method: Add 3-5 grams of tea leaves and pour water to 2/3 of the container.  ‌

Water temperature control:
The optimal water temperature is 80-85 ℃ to avoid damaging the active ingredients in tea leaves.  ‌

Brewing steps:
Warm cup: Wet the tea set with hot water, raise the temperature and clean it.  ‌

The first brewing method: First, fill the water to 70% full. When the water temperature drops to 85 ℃, add the tea and wait for 30 seconds before drinking.  ‌

The second brewing method: first pour water to 1/4 of the container, then add tea, and finally pour water to 70% full.  ‌

The third brewing method: directly add tea and water until 70% full.  ‌

Avoid using insulated cups or repeatedly boiled water, as it may affect the flavor.  ‌
Drink as soon as possible after brewing to avoid bitterness caused by prolonged soaking
