Seller's Description
In ancient times, Biluochun tea was enjoyed as a tribute to the royal family !
Biluochun is one of the top ten famous teas in China, characterized by its delicate and fragrant texture, refreshing and sweet aftertaste. Here are some of the best ways to soak Bi Luo Chun:
1. Water temperature:
Biluochun is green tea, suitable for brewing with water at 80 ℃ -85 ℃. If brewed with boiling water, it will destroy the aroma and original flavor of the tea leaves.
2. Tea set:
Choosing transparent circular tea cups or covered bowls is beneficial for appreciating the color of tea soup and observing the process of tea leaves unfolding.
3. Dosage:
The amount of Biluochun tea should be moderate. Generally speaking, add about 2 grams of Biluochun tea leaves to every 100ml of warm water, with adjustments made as needed.
4. Soaking method:
Suggest using the method of adding water first, then tea, and finally adding water
First, pour one-third of the water into the cup, and when the water temperature drops to around 85 ℃, then put the tea leaves into the cup. Gently shake the cup with your hand to allow the tea leaves to fully soak and slowly stretch.
Then pour high water until it is 70% full, and the tea leaves will churn with the water, like snowflakes dancing. The bottom of the leaves will bloom, fresh and tender as raw; Wait for the tea soup to cool to a comfortable taste, then enjoy it.
The Zhongtou method is actually a two-stage segmented tea brewing method. The advantage is that it can avoid scalding the tea leaves due to high water temperature. The only disadvantage is that the operation is relatively cumbersome.
5. Brewing time:
The brewing time for Biluochun tea should not be too long, generally controlled between 30 seconds and 1 minute. Because prolonged brewing can cause the tea leaves to develop a bitter taste.
6. Taste:
If you like to drink light Bi Luo Chun, you can add less tea leaves; If you like a strong flavor, you can add tea in moderation.
The above is the best way to make Biluochun tea. Remember not to use boiling water to brew tea leaves, to avoid losing fragrance and original flavor. In addition, you can freely adjust the time and amount of tea to find a way that suits your taste
