We have never even pulled the RV. The dealership delivered it to us and we have enjoyed the RV life in NC. Buyer must pick-up.

Stunning interior with single slide barn doors, granite throughout, stainless steel farmhouse sink and appliances (large refrigerator w/ ice maker, large built-in microwave, dishwasher, propane oven/range). The dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher I have owned.

It has vinyl rustic grey wood grained flooring. The underbelly/storage is climate controlled so the floors stay very warm on cold nights. We are in the mountains and lows have consistently been in the 20s and the RV stays very warm with just the fireplaces.

The kitchen cabinets have a lightly whitewashed finish with self-closing hinges. The kitchen is very large with a lot of cabinet space. The trash can is built into the cabinets. The dining room table seats up to four and can be reduced in size for two chairs.

In the living room there are two sleeper sofas (above one of the sleeper sofas is a large storage cabinet). There is a dual recliner that is heated with zoned massage and two built-in USB plugs. The furniture is light grey Made of soft vinyl that is easy to wipe down and is very durable. The RV has two fireplaces w/remote controls, two mounted TVs (55 inch in living room w/ DVD player, 33 inch in bedroom). Fireplace in living room has storage above fireplace and to the right, as well as, a large built-in storage cabinet with beautiful glass panes above.

Bathroom has a ton of storage, dual vanities covered in granite, large shower with built in seat and glass doors with a skylight. The cabinets and trim are a dark walnut. Very beautiful. The toilet is porcelain with an elongated slow close lid.

Bedroom has a queen size bed that can also be king size if you wish. The bed has reclining features like a sleep number bed with a new (latex free) pillow top mattress and cover. The closet is very large. There is a large storage cabinet with a built-in clothes hamper, separate dresser that is a built-in unit with the fireplace. There are three large built-in drawers under bed.

We added a brand-new GE ventless steam washer/dryer combo. I was unsure about these units, but they work great. Central heat/air, remote control ceiling fan in living room, two roof vents (the one in the living room is remote operated.) The other is in the bathroom. They both have sensors to open if room reaches a certain temperature, as well as, rain sensors that will close if it starts raining.

RV has bluetooth operated surround sound(inside/out). Built-in WiFi and app for your phone to control everything controlled by the central panel. We have Alexa (not included with sale of RV) and it works great.

There is a screen door. Each window has an exterior screen. The Central control panel located right inside the doorway operates in zones, or individual areas. It controls the lights, RV leveling, power retractable awning, outdoor lights, zoned heating/air (bedroom has its own zone, two grey and one black tank monitoring).

In the bathroom there is a water temperature control and it displays how hot the water is and you can adjust to your liking. It has a tankless water heater. I love long showers and have yet to run out of hot water. Every window has a daylight screen and nighttime blackout shade. The RV self-levels from the control panel and from the outside. Not only is there an unbelievable amount of storage on the inside, the outside has impressive storage as well. It includes a very large exterior climate-controlled storage underbelly. I call it our basement.

It features an outside TV hookup. There is a hot/cold outside shower hookup. It has two 30-pound propane tanks. It is pre wired for solar panels, satellite/cable. It has four slides.

We purchased the following and they come with the RV:

Blackout shade for front door. Septic split hookups so you can drain both grey tanks without having to move the hoses, water lines & 50-amp power cable, septic line hose support, yellow leveling blocks, tire chalk blocks and hitch stabilizer, two small dehumidifiers and an entire set of extra replacement fuses. It has absolutely no damage and of course I keep the inside and outside spotless. I have listed a lot of its features, but it has so much more. I have been through a few nasty storms and never felt a thing. The winds get very strong here.

Not included: green cabinet, bedding, accent pillows or throws, small brown table, lamps, floral arrangements, counter ice maker, light blue toaster, pictures on the walls, coffeemaker, or rugs.
