This is definitely an above-average trailer. It's called a Timber Ridge (Mountain Series) model 250RDS, which qualifies it for off-grid camping. Towable by most half-ton trucks with a dry weight of 6,800 lb. and a GVWR of 8,500 lb. This unit is very sturdy, well-insulated, and well-maintained. No pets and nonsmokers. Unit is well built with rugged 2" bonded aluminum frame walls and custom-built cambered off-road chassis. It has a remote keypad that controls the powered awning, powered slide, powered stabilizer jacks front and rear, and porch lighting. The exterior walls are "Lamilux 4000 High Gloss fiberglass. 6 Lug Hub off-road braking system, with 5200lb HD axles and HD shock absorbers. The cabinets are real wood, not particle board and the drawer slides are rated for 100lb. The tires are nearly two years old. The batteries are about a year old. Thermal pane windows and an Atwood 3000 power tongue jack. I'm the second owner and I'm selling because I'm facing three surgeries this year and won't be camping. I have a clean title in hand. If you prefer the outdoors and want to be open to more than standard campgrounds; this is your unit.
