If you have a color issue, We will be happy to exchange
any item for another color of the same or to a different item of the same value

returned items must be sent in the same condition they are delivered in (IE
100% Resale Condition) to be exchanged

you receive a damaged item all we need to replace it is Photo Proof sent to the
email address on the direction sheet with your name, item purchased and date of
purchase info

Are not responsible for Installation errors or Miss installation of any item.
Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and is done at his or
her own risk. We will be happy to sell you additional items to fix any mistakes
that may happen. Some Examples of Mistakes are: to much soap in the water
causing item not to stick properly, Creasing an item or getting an items
backing paper wet causing it to stick to the paper are just some examples of
things not covered.
