This is a Wendy's Kids Meal Mint In Package Wilbur from the Charlotte's Web series that was distributed in 2006.
Payment must be received within 10 days after the end of sale. Items are shipped by USPS First Class, Media Mail, Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Insurance is available and Delivery Confirmation is free with Priority Mail. All purchases are shipped the next day of when payment is received, unless received on Saturday, then package will be mailed on the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL Payment & Shipping
Payment must be received within 10 days after the end of sale. Payment must be through PayPal. All packages are shipped First Class International (when available) or International Priority.
