It is 1 package of 2, in your choice of the Gold or Silver colors, and style pictured. They have small metal backs that securely clip to the metal fronts with an open oval design.
These are copyrighted 2017 on the packaging. As always, packaging and clips may show shelf wear, spots, small stains or discolorations, and scuffs.
