His boss resents his Christianity and wants to replace the man he considers to be a "pious pinhead" with someone a bit less judgmental. Yet Paul's offhand comment on the air about extending the city's Light the Night program to a daily event in an effort to cut crime becomes a huge success, with community involvement leading to huge drops in crime, as well as huge ratings for Paul's station.
