This is a Wendy's Kids Meal Official Animator's Storyboard from the Felix the Cat series that was distributed in 1996. All pieces are included and are in good condition.
USA Payment & Shipping

Answer From banrigh [+2969] Tue 22 Aug 2017 22:38:43 (EDT) Are you looking at this on the US site? The only time it would show that is on a different country's eBid site where it shows what the country's cost is. For USA its $1.49 plus $3.17 shipping. $4.66 total price for first class mail.
