Hello...Thank you for asking about this stamp. Under high magnification and bright light there is a hint that it has been mounted in the past. It has been through the post and there is a small piece (c. 2x3 mm )of paper residue below the perfin letter "M". Otherwise the back is very clean. I would also add that what appears to be a missing perforation on the right-hand side opposite the base of HM's crown is present but folded forwards. I hope this helps. Cheers.
