This is a McDonalds Happy Meal Mint In Package Set of 2 from the Stencils & Crayons series that was regionally distributed during Clean-Up Weeks in 1991. They are: Ronald Tractor Stencil with Crayons and Grimace Space Ship Stencil with Crayons.
