This is a 8.5 inch 1986 Norman Rockwell Sitting Pretty Collectors Plate by Knowles. It is the first issue in the A Mind of Her Own: Rockwell's Studies of Girlhood numbered 8723A. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or staining. Paperwork and box not included.
