This is a Henry McGrew printing, card #050084, showing the original painting by Mary Sawyer, with her signature on the lower-right corner. In near-mint condition the back goes on to describe:
"A picturesque group of brick units in which the gold miners and their families lived over one hundred years ago, still cling to the side of a narrow alley at the end of Last Chance Gulch, Helena, Montana. Now an Art Center, it features shops, a picture gallery, art studios and a unique restaurant."
