This is a McDonalds Happy Meal Blue Hamburglar Wrist Wallet that was regionally distributed in Kansas City, Missouri; Witchita, Kansas; Phoenix, Arizona; Tuscon, Arizona and parts of Nevada from November 4, 1977 - February 12, 1978. This toy was part of the FIRST Regional Testmarket of Happy Meal Promotions in the US and is now very rare.
