This is in FN to VF condition with All pages here and complete!! There is a very slight tear on the white border of the back cover towards the top of the lower left panel that's keeping this from VF/NM- or NM-. Otherwise, this is flat, clean and colorful!
The story is titled "The Coming of Neutron!" by Marv Wolfman with Pencils by longtime Superman Artist Curt Swan, Inks by Frank Giacoia, Colors by Glynis Wein and Letters by Gaspar Saladino!
A cheerful summer morning in Metropolis-- the kind of peaceful quietude that almost begs to be shattered...and soon is when a mysterious black cloud emits energy which turns the Galaxy building into negative! Clark Kent changes into Superman, and follows the black cloud back to the abandoned Metropolis Prison Island, where he meets its owner, a Supervillain called Neutron! Neutron attacks Superman, who defeats Neutron and then returns to the Galaxy building with only five seconds left to remove the negative energy before it explodes!! He does so, and carts Neutron off to jail ! The closing pages of this Booklet finds the instructions for building the Superman Model Kit!
