I believe this came off a 64 T-bird but will fit 65 and 66 as well.
(Fits left driver side)
Below are the numbers stamped onto part.

Some numbers were rather hard to make out even using a magnifying glass, so a few may be wrong?
This piece may fit other T-bird years, other Ford makes and models, and while this part weighs 17.56 pounds, if the part that you need replacing doesn't weight approximately the same (and look identical) then it probably wont work for you.
