A rare Lucas New Vehicle Specification Parts List, NVS 1709 ( Oct.'60) for changes to the UK built Citroen Bijou.
NVS notes were issued mid year to identify electrical specification changes. The following years' CCE lists would incorporate this information but for the model historians wanting to know about the timing of changes these are a must. They almost invariably got destroyed.
NVS1709 details lighting, switches and windscreen wiper equipment changes. It is a typed double-sided single page document.
