The restored full-scale model of Ray Harryhausen’s stop-motion animated creature creation from Venus is perched on a stand in this PR shot from the 1957 sci-fi tale. It's identity as an Ymir is never disclosed in the film.

All photos are brand new glossy or lustre-finished unless stated otherwise. Black and white stills are first generation prints unless noted as studio originals.
