A letter dated 9th September 1948 from the Joint Committee of 88 Kingsway, London WC2. It is addressed to the General Manager of the Exeter Corporation, Transport Department, Exeter. "I enclose herewith copy of a letter which has been addressed to the Chairman of the Joint Committee. You will note the letter states that you have referred the application of the Union to the Chairman..." Has been folded and has a note on the bottom "This is from B.E.T. Coy's Head Office".
