1945 San Marino, stamps commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Palazzo del Governo No. 278A-C, subject citizens of the Republic in medieval costume pay homage to San Marino and the Palazzo del Governo issued in mini sheet perforated with verses by Giosuè Carducci, variety, with the green 15 Lire stamp unperforated on the right. 1 mini-sheet, perfect, mint never hinged.
