There are 21 lots in total. There is a letter dated 23rd Junem 1944 relating to Lot 21, 29 & 31 Wood Street, Grays purchased by Mrs. Daisy Ivy Langridge. The Particulars has a Memorandum page at the back with has a revenue stamp signed across by Cecil Henry Oxley of 58 Whitehall Lane, Grays. Front cover has Lot 21 written on the front, otherwise good condition.
