Ordine del Comando tedesco di Bologna (all'epoca situatoa Casalecchio di Reno) con autorizzazione della Giunta Comunale. Catalogo C.E.I. 1997/98 n. 1a quotava la striscia Lire 200.000
I francobolli che acquisterete vi verranno spediti con speciale busta cartonata per non rovinare il materiale e l’involucro è protetto contro le intemperie.
La busta viene sempre affrancata con francobolli in Lire o in Euro in modo da comporre una affrancatura filatelica.
