Shouldn’t replicas have the word COPY stamped into them? If not it’s an illegal counterfeit, right?
Answer From starlifter50 [+215]

The word COPY is required by law if the coin is an exact duplicate of the original. Meaning that it also has to have the silver content of the original. This one has no silver content whatsoever so it is classified as a replica or a novelty.
