Seller's Description

Original 1934 P&O S.S. Strathnaver Kennel Club Programme

This is a spoof racing programme with comic information and names for races to be held on Monday 28th May 1934, which I believe is from S.S. Strathnaver although it does not actually say so. It lists 6 races with comic names : e.g. Mrs Hogg's Shining Through by Nose out of Powder, ending with The Strathnaver Derby with space for names to be written in

other remarks : The course was discovered and laid out by the Committee last night. The Committee was discovered laid out in th Saloon this morning etc

has a slight bend in one corner, otherwise very good condition
