Vintage fiction hardback book from 1931 by Ethel M Dell. Photo 3 shows a split on the cover spine. Photo 4 shows that the cover spine has come away from the pages but the cover is still attached. Photo 9 shows a loose page and photo 12 show a gap between pages but other pages inside are in nice condition.
