E.C. Kropp card #11935, reading on the reverse:
"The Biltmore is Dayton's newest and largest hotel... 500 rooms with private bath and circulating hot water... Two large ballrooms for banquet and convention purposes... Nationally known Kittyhawk Room... Garage in connection." Erected at First and Main Streets in 1928.
In exceptionally fine condition - just short of near-mint! No writing and never mailed. Just a trace of corner wear and faint scuffs. No tears or creases.
