A letter dated 19th February 1927 signed by John Kelly of Benburb House, Gartan Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin. It is addressed "Dear Mr. Burton. Thanks very much for sending on nominations on my behalf to Liverpool. By some regulation at Chief Office same are not accepted until after the Election of Delegates which takes place on the 9th March...". The second part of the letter concerns stamp collection. Has been folded and has a small tear on one edge of fold.
